Cancellations

Full payment must be made to confirm the reservation.
-Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the first day of conference will result in a forfeit of 50% of the payment.
-Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to the first day of conference will result in a forfeit of 100% of the payment.
