    (a) To benefit from a Junior rate, you should be aged of less that 35 on the 1st January 2024. 

    (b) Registration at the Member rate implies up-to-date membership of one of the two organising associations. The validity of subscriptions will be checked by both associations.
  • Cancellation policy:
     
    • Cancellation until 2 months prior the event: 50% will be charged
    • Cancellation  between 16 July 2024 and the beginning of the congress: no refund

    Cancellation requests must include the participant’s name, e-mail address, and the amount paid. Please send your request to smap2024@inviteo.fr
