Submission guidelines
1 - Language: All submitted material must be in English.
2 - Title of presentation: Please choose a brief title and avoid abbreviations.
3 - Presenting author: Name, email, institution, affiliation, city and country. In case of co-authorship, the person selected as "Presenting author" is expected to deliver the presentation.
4 - Co-authors: Name, email, affiliation, city and country.
5 - Type of presentation: Please indicate if you want to be considered for an oral presentation or a poster.
6 - Session choice: Please choose your preferred session. You may rank up to 2 sessions.

7 - Junior session: If your abstract is not selected for one of the two sessions of your choice, you can choose to have your abstract considered for a presentation at the junior session.
(Any person who has been active in one of the multiple fields of Mass Spectrometry and Proteomic Analysis and is aged less than 35 and part of the youth club can apply for this session.)
8 - Text: Maximum 2000 characters. Please provide: objectives, methods, results, conclusions. Please do not include figures.
9 - Abstract per author: you can submit only one abstract.
Further information
- There are no fees for submitting an abstract.
- Abstracts will be made available to meeting participants in electronic form.
- The author is responsible for the ethical and scientific content of the submission as well as its proper grammatical and stylistic form.
- The presenting author is expected to present the work in person during the meeting (oral and/or poster session).

Key dates
- Abstract submission deadline:
14 June 23 June 2024.
- Authors will be notified of the decision by the scientific committee at the end of July 2024.
- Presenting authors must register by 1 September 2024 for abstracts to be included in the conference program.
